Math 109 – Exams
There will be assigned seating for all three exams. Your seating allocation will be posted on TritonEd before each exam.
Midterm 1 (Apr 23): The first midterm covers chapters 1–6 of the book. Midterm 2 (May 18): The second midterm covers chapters 7–14 of the book, but still assumes knowledge of chapters 1–6. Final (Jun 15): The final exam will be cumulative, and will examine material covered throughout the course fairly evenly. Only material covered in the lecture notes posted on Piazza (here) will be examinable. The final exam will be held Friday, June 15, 11:30am-2:30pm in PCYNH 122. Past Exams: These sample exams are provided to give a rough indication of the length, difficulty,
and type of content to be expected in a Math 142B exam. They are NOT practice exams. Our exams may differ in style and content.
