Teaching

For Spring 2021, I am an instructor for MATH 1813: Precalculus. Course pages are available on Canvas.

Research

My research interests currently lie in number theory and analysis. I am primarily interested in topics relating to the distribution of algebraic numbers and points of small height, potential theory, and arithmetic dynamics. My work is focused on Lehmer type problems that can be approached through machine learning.

Here's what I'm currently working on.

I am also interested in adaptive network models as they relate to COVID-19. Here is a paper currently awaiting submission that I worked on with Carl Corcoran during the AIMS 2020 Summer School Session on COVID-19.

I received my bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology in 2016. Here is my Masters Thesis on Polynomials with Small Mahler Measure on Elliptic Curves via Genetic Algorithms, which I worked on under the direction of Paul Fili.

Starting Fall 2021 I will be continuing my PhD at the University of Texas at Austin.
